Mouthwash #1

This super-salty Mouthwash #1 is made of natural salt like Himalayan or sea salt. Diluted, it could be used for brushing teeth (just soak a toothbrush into solution) or as a mouthwash. In both cases, dilute approximately 10 ml of super-salty Mouthwash #1 in 20-50 ml of warm water before use.

Ingredients and equipment:

  • Pink Himalayan salt or sea salt, 40-50 g
  • Purified/filtered water (will be added up to 200 ml)
  • Glass bottle of 200 ml to keep in the prepared solution
  • Balance

How to make it:

  • Weigh 40-50 g of natural coarse salt
  • Transfer salt into a glass bottle
  • Fill in with water till bottleneck through a funnel to ensure all salt to be transferred into a glass bottle
  • Close a bottle and shake gently. All salt will dissolve within few days, shake a bottle time to time, for example in the morning and in the evening during bathroom procedure

Important notes!

  • Choose natural grain-size coarse salt, like Himalayan or sea salt. Table salt (fine in texture) usually contains anti-caking agents like E530, E535, which are not necessary for healthy/wealthy body. Moreover, table salt is a product of chemical reaction and that is another big concern
  • Keep the prepared solution out of reach and sight of children
  • Always dilute the prepared solution before use. Take approximately 10 ml of super-salty Mouthwash #1 and dilute it by adding 20-50 ml of warm water just before use.
Mouthwash #1

The idea to make this simple version of mouthwash came after I saw a recipe of Dr. Robert Cassar on Earther Academy. Dr. Robert Cassar helped me indirectly in my Back to Nature journey, great thanks for him!
