Part 10 from X
In this post, a broad description of the practical theory of emotional calories (emo-C) is given. The practical theory of emotional calories is being developed by Dr. A. Palatronis from January 2020.
Emo-C or Emotional Diet Plan
About the balance between physical and emotional bodies
According to Indian yogic knowledge (1), all aspects of human being could be described as his/her five bodies, or layers:
- “food” body
- “mental” body
- “energy” body
- “etheric” or “spiritual” body and
- “bliss” body
Physical existence of the body is expressed as three first layers: “food”, “mental” and “energy” bodies.
Keeping just those first layers – “food”, “mental” and “energy” bodies – in alignment, brings a natural well-being, as it is proposed by nature.
Taking into account the knowledge above, and searching my way to stabilize the basis of the physical existence, I started to develop the emo-C theory – a theory in practice.
Emo-C theory allows to bring harmony into physical body by working on the very basic, physically palpable activity. But remember! Only thought plus action means reality! One should work on it to achieve the results.
About “food” body
“Food” body refers to our need of food for a physical existence. Physical body needs basic amount of energy. This basic amount of energy is used to maintain the proper work of the essential organs: liver, heat, lungs, etc.
About “mental” body
We feed “mental” body with emotions, feelings, thoughts and senses. While in nutrition we express units of energy in calories, here I propose to use the term “emotional calories”, or shortly “emo-C”. Emo-C is supposed to express a specific mental energy to feed “emotional”/”mental” body.
In her article 5 Considerations to Make when Conducting an Emotional Audit (2), Leah is talking about “emotional fitness”, that in fact join our perception of necessity to nourish “emotional” body. Take a look there too!

and tissues (3). “Other” consisted of adipose tissue, bone, skin, intestine and glands.

Emotional needs to keep the body toned up.
Going deeper into the topic by practice, one could realize that our “emotional” body is tightly connected and influences the “food” body in many ways. Therefore, l’earning how to strengthen and keep well your “emotional” body helps to harmonize food habits and ensure overall well-feeling.
What in practice?
In practice, different activities are supposed to strengthen “emotional”, and in turn “food” body to keep them in balance. These activities have scores – emotional calories. During a day, it is important to gather particular amount of emo-calories to feel emotionally and physically well.
I am constantly developing and thinking about what kind of activities could be beneficial for this balance. As a result – almost each Thursday a new post on emo-C is released for you.
Keep reading and let me know about your experience!
“It is impossible” syndrome
“It is impossible” syndrome is introduced in each post about emo-C to uncover the thoughts which could stop us form doing specific activity. To uncover and overstep. To finally realize that “it is impossible” exists only in a head area. Thought plus action will produce YOUR REALITY
How the author search on what is impossible and what could stop one to feel well?, – By being empath:)
