HOW TO HELP PEOPLE, HOW TO LOVE PEOPLE (examples):

  • emotional aspects:
    • listen to a stranger when he/she is talking to you and answer him/her politely, with your true involvement
    • feel that love and say you love (heart and kiss signs on apps are not counted:))
    • look to those other eyes when person is talking to you
    • smile through a mask, it is still visible when you are smiling:)
    • wish to a stranger a good day or just say “hello”, while passing by you see him/her sitting on a balcony or a bench
    • say to a stranger “enjoy” while passing by you see him/her eating a tasty sandwich on a balcony:)
    • smile to people, show your honest and true smile (no need to smile constantly, but when you feel your heart is open, just do it without overthinking)

wish to a stranger a good day or just say “hello”, while passing by

  • mental aspects:
    • wish other people whom you even do not know, wish them GOOD
    • wish certain people whom you know, wish them GOOD

What could be your examples? Have you helped, have you support anyone these days?

Any of the examples above are just the examples, however, they could be perfectly completed keeping 2 meters distance. Find yours which work for you better! Just have a wish, use the technologies, be smart, you are the human and it is 21 century!

It is impossible” syndrome

One could think, silently: “People are rude and not nice, they are “dangerous”, why I should do something for them? No way, I would not help anyone! I would not support anymore! I would not smile, my smile is under a mask – no one would see it anyway!”

The answer:

Start from yourself, help others, support others and others will get better, others will do.

Remember, each of us is alive, each of us, including you, me and that stranger on a road – need love, support and social involvement.

By taking we would never have, by giving – we would live in abundance.

Two meters could separate the bodies, but should not separate the minds and souls – all the emotional and mental aspects are ready to be strengthen and grow, especially these days:)
