Ocean of fear is already jam-packed with plastics and disposable drinking cups. Plastic gloves and single-use face masks (made of plastic!) are next in a row (or already there?).

No need to pretend that beaches are far away from you, because one could see how disposable gloves, especially disposable plastic gloves fill up the space around. Within the last week, the sky, the air in my city (not Ocean side) is filling up with disposable plastic gloves. Some people even catch them by accident on their faces or bodies while walking on the streets. In terms of COVID-19 that is not hygienic and could be dangerous, right? The air revenges and wind blows and carries the plastic back to humans in days, not in years.

Human’s fear is in the Ocean right now, human’s fear is in the Soil right now, human’s fear is in the Air, and its face (in the XXI century) is plastic.

Unexpected, but most important aspects that feed inner physical and mental Fear, according to the scientific literature, spiritual training and my personal experimental practice, are:

  • weak Root Chakra
  • absence of meditation
  • consumption of flour-based products

How healthy and strong we could be, if with the same passion (as now) would take personal prophylactic measures against cancer, heart diseases, diabetes…

How healthy and strong we could be, if with the same passion (as now) would take personal prophylactic measures against cancer, heart diseases, diabetes…Just could you imagine prophylactic measures against cancer, taken massively by all the humankind in every country? Just could you imagine prophylactic measures against diabetes, taken massively by all the humankind in every country? We would be great, the greatest humans who ever lived on this Planet!

Ocean of LOVE is…is healthy. Human’s health, mental and physical well-being, would bring the things into the right places. There will be a time when Human will act in a harmony with Nature, steering the rivers of wellness into the Oceans of Love.

Unexpected, but most important aspects for overcoming inner physical and mental Fears, according to scientific literature, spiritual training and my personal experimental practice, are:

  • strengthening of Root Chakra
  • meditation practice
  • refusal to consume flour-based products

If the lesson is not l’earned – the homework should be done

Did you remember, when you were a child, you could play at a backyard only after homework is done, right?

-Who told that?

-The parents.

-Why?

-They knew what is good for you and wanted to ensure your future, to protect you.

These days, the same game is valid for YOUR children, but…

Why are adults at their homes locked down?

– Because the lesson was not l’earned, and therefore, the homework should be done.

– What a lesson? What a homework for adults? Who told that?

– Obviously that not grandparents of your children told you to stay at home:) Than WHO? – Someone, who is a Master, who is a Parent, a Mother for a human being. Someone, who takes care of us, humans, someone who loves us, even while we are playing truant for decades (for ages?)…

Those, who think we came from monkeys – ask monkeys for the answer:)

But, those who want to comprehend the truth, ask Mother Nature. And she will answer, she will protect, and she will LOVE you.

Because the lesson was not l’earned, and therefore, the homework should be done.

Am I alone in this prison?

This post is not about those who have installed TV antenna on their heads, also, not about those who are just bored these days…

Couple of years ago a lady was in Italy, and visited a small island close to X city – island Y. A place from where the paradise probably took an inspiration…She met a tiny crab in his shell and they spent some time together: two different worlds met for a time.

The crab was coming out of his shell repeatedly and obviously was curious about her, as well as she did about him. He seemed curious, but also brave enough to investigate the surroundings:) A lady handled his shell gently and enjoyed his world, going deep to his consciousness. Crab’s shell, his home, was obviously the safest and the most pleasant place in the world for him. THE END OF THE STORY.

But… what about thousands (millions) of us who are ALONE these days? Isolated alone at their homes? What do they feel? How do they feel? Is there a voice screaming through the walls? Beside their loneliness, the strong voices are speaking loudly through the minds. The post by Soraya Roberts tells us a lot: “Those of us who don’t have to be convinced remain isolated in our homes, some of us (including me) literally alone.” A lot of anxiety and annoyance in her story about those of us (humans) who keep their social behavior in a state of neglect. Many truthful thoughts she reflected, but a bouillon of inner negativity could be dangerous for inner health. What is a profit of being non-infected by outside virus, but infected by our own minds? Amazing chief of his own, vegan meals’ cook from UK is now self-isolated for already three weeks. How does he? Guy continues to share his amazing recipes and stays positive at home. Many years ago a friend of mine was alerted with a shaky voice that her boyfriend is going for a trip for few days (or weeks?). So, as she stayed alone at home, she said she was so afraid, afraid of walls, afraid of darkness, afraid of any sounds around. Because of those fears, she turned on all the lights and TV in the evenings during her lonely stay. I asked her: “Why did not you open the water-taps as well? There will be more “support” for you from house communications:))” We laughed a lot, she realized there is nothing to fear about:) THE END OF THE STORY.

You probably have noticed how happy and playful cats and kitties are. It is in their nature: a cat could joyfully play just with his tail, with no additional gadgets involved, turning rounds and rounds, and nevertheless always being surprised who is there, at the end of his tail:)

A cat, or a lion, or other species of the family Felidae (scientific classification) are joyful by their nature. Despite the fact that they are socially active, they are lonely walkers, knowing their own way and keeping it faithfully. By being strong, lonely individuals, the only way to keep positive inner condition is to be joyful, playful, and happy with themselves. Maybe it even not a coincidence, that family’s name Felidae is so close to Portuguese word feliz, or Spanish word feliz, that means HAPPY.

Few days ago I went on a one-day juice fasting. Right now it is a great time to do so, no temptations from outside world! No meeting in cafeterias, restaurants or going for picnics. Always it was a problem to take day-off from food, because food was everywhere around. As well as taking care people who always shared sugar, milk and flour😅 I love the people round about me, but flour… No flour, please🙏

I could say, it is so hard to resist from flour and sugar. But more so, after you manage with it and keep away from sugary flours completely for a couple of months – it come back later! Body purification, which gives a chance to feel the life, but not sugary life, is the project of great importance.

For my food day-off, vegetable juices are just right what I needed. Generally, juice is a concentrated liquid of fruits or vegetables. Vegetable juices are much better than fruit/berries juices for beginner’s day-fasting, because vegetable juices contain 10-folds lower amounts of natural sugars than fruit juices and therefore allow to stay mentally stable within a day-fasting event. Mental stability comes from stable glucose level in blood, it does not rises and drops as when by eating (natural) sugar containing foods, like fruits, sweets, cakes, rice or some other grains, etc.

My juice day experience:

  • 6 am: 2-3 teacups of water
  • 8 am: orange/lemon/apple/ginger juice, diluted with water 1:1 (the recipe you can find in my previous post: https://z-antenna.com/2019/10/01/citrus-ginger-drink/
  • 9 am: 1 liter of salty and lightly spicy celery/carrot bouillon
  • 10 am: freshly squeezed carrot/beetroot juice, diluted with water 1:1
  • 11 am: same juice as at 10 am
  • 12 am: freshly squeezed carrot/beetroot/sweet potato juice, diluted with water 1:1
  • 1 pm: same juice as at 12 am
  • 2 pm: same juice as at 12 am
  • 3 pm: cabbage juice, diluted with water 1:1
  • 4 pm: same juice as at 3 pm
  • 5 pm: same juice as at 3 pm
  • 6 pm: just fresh water
  • 8 pm: herbal tea with honey and “Good night!” 🙂

Celery juice or celery bouillon, as well as beet juice are great natural products for inner purification. One could feel that purification effect by constipation clog going out.

Believe me,

an average human being of XXI century has accumulated “tons” of unnecessary “treasures” inside!

Even those who think they are really healthy because of sports and/or balanced food menu (however, overdosed with proteins and sugars)…I was one of them: statistically healthy – but body signs with no clear diagnoses showed that the body needs a rest from…from “balanced”, “healthy” continual food intake. How foolish was I not to understand it for so long…and glad to realize right now that a transition to Nature is on it way.

World Health Organisation (WHO) – the secret organisation for chosen ones” :), because…because who is reading those recommendations for staying healthy at home?:)…

Ironically, as it clearly seen from the messages, videos and posts on social media, for many people it is a time for staying not-healthy at home, like going towards self-destruction: over-eating, eating junk food, over-thinking, over-sleeping, searching on internet all day long for negative news, forgetting about daily-routine personal hygiene, watching TV programs, going to sleep later than 10 pm, felling to be bored, feeling alone and scared, dizzy, shaky, feeling inner stress and fears, experiencing bad dreams and nightmare, depressions signs, feeling a victim of the circumstances, drinking alcohol, …

We ignore directions towards positiveness, but further on are surprised why nobody told us about them. To be precise, it is important not to know everything, but to know where to look for the reliable information.

As for now, the very root of the need to stay at home these days, is to stay safe and healthy while COVID-19 pandemic is out there. On March 21st, World health Organisation (WHO) issued the key recommendations on how to withstand quarantine and self-isolation while being at home.

WHO recommendations for staying healthy at home during COVID-19 pandemic:

  • Eat healthy to boost your immune system.
  • Limit alcohol and sugary drinks.
  • Don’t smoke. It can exacerbate COVID-19 symptoms and increase your risk of getting seriously sick.
  • Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day for adults and an hour a day for kids.
  • If you’re allowed to go outside, go for a walk, run or bike ride while keeping a safe distance from others.
  • If you can’t leave the house, dance, do some yoga or walk up and down the stairs.
  • People working from home shouldn’t sit too long in the same position. 
  • Take a 3 minute break every 30 minutes.
  • Get your mind off of the crisis. Listen to music, read a book or play a game.

Raise your hand who are implementing all the points daily now!!!:)
